Relive the 2014 USCAA Basketball National Championships!
The 2014 USCAA Basketball National Championships included 34 teams comprising four brackets. Highlights from the tournament included Andrews University’s third Men’s Division II Basketball National Championship in the last four years and Concordia College Alabama’s fourth Women’s Division I Basketball crown. It was also a record breaking year for a number of student-athletes in all four divisions. Those records and others from past tournaments can be viewed using this link.
Team that received bids in the men's Division I bracket were Rochester College, Daemen College, Tennessee Temple University, Washington Adventist University, The Apprentice School, Victory University, and Concordia College Alabama. The Division II bracket saw Andrews University, Berkeley College-New York, Berkeley College-New Jersey, Penn State Beaver, Central Penn College, Central Maine Community College, Penn State Mont Alto, Penn State York, Warren Wilson College, and Penn State Fayette in action.
The Women’s Division I field included Iowa Wesleyan College, Ave Maria University, Lindenwood University Belleville, Rochester College, University of Maine-Fort Kent, St. Joseph’s College-Brooklyn, Robert Morris University Springfield, and Concordia College Alabama. Bids for Women’s Division II were secured by Central Maine Community College, Penn State Beaver, Albany College of Pharmacy, Warren Wilson College, Berkeley College-New York, University of Cincinnati-Clermont, University of Maine-Augusta, and Penn State Fayette.
