#3 Rochester College defeats #2 Berea College to advance to the Men's Division-I National Championship
No. 3 Rochester College advances to the finals to faceoff against Daemen College in a rematch of the 2013 USCAA Men's Division I Basketball National Championships.

ON THE COURT
- Berea started the game off hot, building an 8-0 lead in the first two and half minutes.
- Rochester bounced back to take the lead by the 8 minute mark thanks to offensive contributions from 2015 USCAA First Team All-American Paris Pereira and Guard Milton Cribbs.
- The Warriors continued their strong play extending their lead to as much as 6 points with 3 minutes remaining before halftime.
- However Rochester bounced back to tie the game at 23 and gain the momentum heading into halftime courtesy of a 3-point play by Richard Parker and deep 3-pointer by Daishon Robinson.
- Berea College held the advantage for the majority of the second half, extending their lead to as much as 6 points.
- Rochester would eventually even the score with 5:12 remaining in the game on a made layup by Alex Storm.
- From that point on Rochester held the slight advantage and secured the victory courtesy of strong free throw shooting by Paris Pereira.
BEHIND THE BOXSCORE
- 2015 USCAA Honorable Mention All-American Daishon Robinson led all scorers with 19 points (6-17FG). Aaron Ponder chipped in 15 points for the Mountaineers with all 15 points coming from behind the arc (5-7 3FG).
- London Moore and Tevin Webster shared the rebounding load for Berea finishing with 9 each. The Warriors fell short in the team rebounding stat category by 2 (41-39).
- 2015 USCAA Honorable Mention All-American Milton Cribbs finished with the only double-double in the game (15 points, 15 rebounds). Cribbs also led the Warriors in scoring.
- Paris Pereira was held to just 3-16 shooting (12 points).
- Each team held an 8 point advantage at one point in the game.

These two perenial powerhouses will faceoff on Saturday, March 7th at 12:30pm in the Main Arena of Penn State Fayette. Second-seeded Berea College ends their season with a (20-6) record in their first season competing for a USCAA Basketball Title.
